Long time.....

Well gosh it has been a long time since I have written oh here and I wish I was better at it because I love reading other poeples blog but I don't know if anyone ever reads mine so I just kind of stopped. But anyways we have been very busy here trying to get ready for this baby to come!

The holidays are just around the corner and I am trying to wrap up all my shopping so I can have it done early this year! We will be staying here for Thanksgiving and my sister and her family will be coming up to stay with us then for Christmas we will be going to South Carolina to be with my sister! It should be some fun times!

So far I am feeling great with this pregnancy no complaints to be had other than the horrible headaches that I have been getting but ohwell! Hope everyone is doing well!

Soon to be 4...........

Yes it is true!!! We will soon be a family of 4!! We just found out a little over a week ago that we will be having a baby again the end of January! We are totally excited.... nervous but excited!! It will be a hard transition going from 1 to 2 as I am told by everyone! So we are due the end of January and well there is lots to get ready for between now and then!!

Weekend Fun!!

Gosh well the weather here has been absolutely gorgeous and we are loving it!! I am so excited to finally be outside and not be stuck in the house all day!! It definietly helps Kylie too, getting out and running to burn all that energy!

So yesterday after church we came home had lunch relaxed for a little bit went for a nice little drive just to explore new parts of Dayton that we have not seem yet and then came home and Mike decided to set up the slip and slide for Kylie. Oh my goodness she had an absolute ball! She was so mad when we put it away but it was funny to watch her. When Mike would go to put her down it she would say "no no Daddy" then he would push her down anyway and then she would laugh and say "again Daddy" So just thought I would share a little of our weekend with you! Hair Cuts........

I don't understand why getting your hair cut is such a big deal..... but for me it is!! I am trying to grow it out because I don't want it to be short anymore so I had not gotten it cut since September, well needless to say the ends were just dead and gross looking so I went to get a trim........ low and behold I walk out with 2 inches gone off the bottom!!!! That is not a trim people. I am so irritated now cause it looks short again. I am very disappointed but ohwell I guess I just need to be patient and it will happen. I just don't get it though how hard is it to trim someone's hair? AAAAGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

So tomorrow is St Pattys Day!! I am very excited since I am part Irish, not very much Irish my still some in my blood! I am going to be running in a St Patty's Day 5k run with my friend Tiffany and her husband! My hubby will also be going me( he gets to push Kylie in the jogger hehe) It is hard running will pushing the jogger so since he is muscular and a man he gets too! It is supposed to be 68 and sunny for the run so I am so excited!! This Thursday we are headed to South Carolina to see my sister I am so excited, its a nine and a half hour car ride so hopefully Kylie does well! I am so happy the weather has been great, Kylie is definietly an out doors kind of girl which Mommy and Daddy love because both of us like to be out doing things not all cooped up in the house. We are very excited for Spring and Summer to come!!

To Nap or not to Nap..........

So Kylie has decided to not take a nap at all during the day for the past 4 days now!!!! Ugghhhh I am so mad because that is my time to relax and get things done around the house. I am not ready to be done with the whole nap thing. I talked to my mom today and she told me that I stopped taking naps at 18 months. Kylie is 20 months..... gosh that is just too early! So I am praying that she is just going through a growth thing and maybe that is a factor.

On a side note I am ready for warm weather the winters here in Ohio are brutal!!! They are to the bone cold and wet and miserable. I keep hearing that Colorado is having wonderful weather then Mikes family will call and say the weather there is gorgeous and I am so jealous!!! I guess we should only have about another month then the warmer weather should start to kick in!!

Toddler Bed!

Wow so our little girl is growing up way too fast!!! She has been climbing out of her crib for a few months now and so Mike and I thought it would be time to put her in a toddler bed...... it is really sad. She looks like such a big girl now. She has done pretty well in it she stays in it for the most part the only thing that really stinks is in her crib when she would wake up in the morning she would fall back asleep if she was still tired because she could not get out. Now she knows she can get out so she gets up a little earlier the last couple of weeks but I guess I still can't complain 8:00 bedtime till about 7:30 or 8:30 waking up time. She also still naps for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours a day. She is an awesome sleeper. So the moral of this is they grow up too fast!!!

Wow......

Holy moly! It has been a long time since I have posted. I get caught up in reading everyone elses blogs that I totally forget about my blog and usually think people really don't care about it so I just indulge in other peoples!! So since October we stayed here in Dayton for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time with friends! I went to Colorado the first week of December to see family and had a wonderful time! Then Christmas we were in wonderful California! It was so warm and awesome to be by the ocean and I was not looking forward to coming back to cold Ohio. The older I get and now that I have Kylie I do not like the cold simply because we are stuck in the house all day and that gets very boring! So I am longing for warm weather! Now we are here in Ohio and praying for warmer days! I just recently went to South Carolina to visit my sister and her girls, my oldest niece had surgery and my brother in law is in Alabama so I went to help. Hopefully now we are done traveling for awhile and will stay put for a little bit. Kylie is doing well growing so fast I can't believe it.
